Welcome to Existential. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Existential web application ("App", "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Existential allows you to:

• Create and maintain private journal entries
• Update a personal timeline with milestones
• View and manage your own content through a personal account
• All content you create is private by default and not publicly viewable or shareable through the App.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Upload or store content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access, modify, or interfere with the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the App
• Use the Service for commercial, spam, or malicious purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
